Augustine College announces with deep sadness the death of Angelina Manganiello on December 5th 2020 after a long illness during which her husband Dominic Manganiello has been the main caregiver. Angelina was born in 1959 and married Dominic in 1979. Over the years Dominic and Angelina have been loving supporters of Augustine College. Dominic has given lectures on Joyce and Eliot, G.K. Chesterton, Dorothy L. Sayers, the Inklings and their return to the Middle Ages and the roots of Western culture. Angelina inspired her husband; a devout Christian and the kindest, joyful and most generous mother of nine children and grandmother of seven grandchildren.

We join with all the past and present members of the Augustine College community in sending our prayers, our thoughts and our love to Dominic and his family. A Private Family Funeral Mass will be held at St. Maurice’s Church. Donations will be directed towards helping others with pancreatic cancer.
